Be NewDelhi ready a red carpet 4 Iran's president Ahmadinejad or follow US's ord

Last year, when I attain Columbia University's Annual Shot- then Ahmadinejad was one of guest, then Columbia University did indicate some embrassing style of reception. But as a gentle man Iran's President didn't nothing except feel a great uncomfortable situation. After the programme, a lobby of the University simply protest against the authority's dependence on Pentagon.
In India- our Iran policy( India's decision for not support Iran @ IAEA's Viena Summit) seem to be basically driven by our relation with Gulf state, factually under direction of Richard Boucher then Foreign Minister decide for following US's path.
In the mean time, last petroleum minister Mani.Shankar.Aiyar try to set up a pipeline from Iran 2 India via Pakistan, Afganistan.
There is a lots of ifs and buts in diplomacy & Iran have to strenghten its relation with "soft power" (India, China) , -even with Russia.
